If you are in the category of a full time student, elderly individual, or making less than $30 000 a year, you can qualify. You will need to fill out the form on the page by clicking, I need assistance, and we will let you know what documents are required.

It depends where you are in the process of your book and how fast clear information is relayed to us. Some can publish as quick as 10 weeks and some 6 months it really depends on where you are in your project.
